The Opportunity: The hosts invite OGP countries to join them in making commitments that prioritize the creation, use, and sharing of openly licensed educational resources and address challenges common to national education systems. Openly licensed educational resources grant anyone the rights to revise, remix, and redistribute them. As more countries participate, investments in content or tools made by one organization or government can be leveraged by other institutions and used in new ways to solve local education challenges around the world.
